The websites for each state's legislature have been posted on the Kelsey's Law Facebook Page. You will need to go to the website for your state, find your representative and/or senator and contact them. Ask them to sponsor and pass a bill that is like the Kelsey Smith Act that was passed in Kansas on April 17. Currently the mandatory release of cell phone location information to law enforcment should a person be determined to be in danger is only required in Kansas. No other state has such a law.
