The New Hampshire General Court (the legislature for the state) has passed the Kelsey Smith Act. It was passed on July 13, 2010 and will take effect on September 11, 2010 in New Hampshire.

The Kelsey Smith Foundation thanks Rep. Rob Olson (R-Olathe) of Kansas for his work in getting the Kelsey Smith Act in other states, as well as the New Hampshire General Court.
